Today Gilles Renard fulfils the roles of coach and COO within “Home For Innovation”, the incubator of the BNP Paribas Fortis “corporate start-ups”. “Home For Innovation” is welcoming and supporting volunteer staff teams in order to develop new products or services for bank clients. During his career, he worked in different functions in Marketing and HR roles (management of high-potential employees, recruitment) and internal communication. With a MBTI profile type ENFP, Gilles is defined as ‘specialist in generalism ‘ and aims to enhance the curiosity, which he is seeing as a highway to creativity. Passionate about cooking, he is also father of 3 representatives of the Z generation.

Benoit Lips, Start up coach for Lean Studio (FR)

After a 20 year career as a digital entrepreneur, Benoit has been coaching start-ups for many years via acceleration programmes such as NEST’up.
In order to meet the growing demand of companies to innovate like start-ups, he founded Lean Studio two years ago in order to guide companies towards disruptive innovation, among other things by the setting up of internal accelerators.

How can you develop your career with one employer?
Jean-Pierre has worked since 1973 for Colruyt Group, where he began his career as stock manager/salesman. Subsequently he became successively manager, area manager, sales manager, commercial director and, since 2013, director of store concepts.
Outside of work he is a bon vivant, husband, father and grandfather.
