BMMA February Lunch – Dominique Mangiatordi, Tapptic

Gamification for improving engagement and retention in marketing strategies? Reality or buzzword?

Gamification is being used increasingly in digital strategies to improve engagement and retention, particularly at the level of mobile apps. Companies view it as a way of injecting energy into the customer experience, using it as a lever for productivity while tightening the emotional bond with the brand using gamelike components.

Buzzword or powerful trend?

Dominique Mangiatordi will explain to us about how gamification is able to drive business and engagement, using actual cases.

Dominique Mangiatordi will be joined by Quentin Nickmans from the e-founders company, which has launched a solution called “Briq“and which involves engaging the reward between employees with gamification.

More and more people are talking about gamification in companies, to improve employee engagement and encourage retention …

A topic that should interest everyone involved in the recruitment process.
