Especially when it comes to banking… How is Hello bank! an answer to changes in customer behavior and the Belgian financial market, when banking and consumption become more and more integrated.


Emilie Jacqueroux – Head of Advertising & Media, Brand Management, Sponsoring, BNP Paribas Fortis & Hello bank!

She graduated at the Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management and after having studied one year at the University of Ottawa, Emilie spent her entire career at BNP Fortis and in her present post since 2009.

Xavier Dumon – Marketing & Communication Director, Hello bank!

He has a Master Degree in Economic Sciences from the KUL and Xavier started as assistant at this University before making his entire career in the Bank sector, faithful to Fortis, he followed the development of this institution of the Générale de Banque over Fortis and BNP Paribas Fortis and now Hello bank where he occupies various positions! The only slight infringement was a passage of 4 years at the Banque de la Poste.
